우선 헤리티지 컬렉션 온 클락 키를 4인 가족이 묶기위해 2개의 방을 예약하였고, 헤리티지의 규칙을 상세히 보지못하고 급히 예약 하는 바람에 어려움이 생겼지만, 다행히도 헤리티지 관리자분들의 도움으로 큰 난관을 해결할 수 있었습니다. 다시 한번 감사의 인사를 드립니다. 방을 2개를 잡았고, 두 방 모두 완벽에 가까울 만큼 깨끗하고 깔끔했습니다. 디지털키라서 생소할 수 있지만 키 분실 이슈 없고 너무 편했어요. 복도 중간에 세탁기와 건조기가 있었고 객실에 세탁세제도 있었어요. 물론 사용은 못했습니다. 그리고 객실에 빨래줄이 있었어요. 사용방법은 쉽고, 일단 깨끗해서 100점 , 왓츠앱 대응 100점 , 짐보관 100점 , 위치 100점, 대응점수 100점. 꼭 다시가보고 싶은 호텔!!

An amazing stay at this stunning location with a mesmerising video of the Marina Bay Sands hotel lit up at night. A special shout out to May and the ambassadors for making my stay entirely seamless. I will be staying here again for sure on my next return to Singapore! ⭐️

I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The room was exactly as advertised. The instructions for registration and check in were clear. Location-wise, just perfect for me, whether I want to take the train or call a taxi, it’s very convenient. A big plus for me as a durian lover coz there’s a durian store just a few meters from the hotel (see pictures). Awesome support from Edmar, May and Anne! They already “communicated the answers to my questions” before I had a chance to ask them. Thank you!!!

The overall stay was awesome. Although the check-in process was a bit complicated and I struggled at first, their modern concepts—like using a smartphone as a key and a digital concierge—were very sophisticated. The staff, May, Edmar, and Nica, responded quickly to all my questions. No stress at all. I highly recommend this place for tourists visiting Singapore.

1人で2泊利用しました。施設はシンプルでキレイでした。一人暮らし用ぐらいの冷凍庫付きの冷蔵庫があります。廊下にある洗濯機、乾燥機も無料で使えるようです。テレビも自分の攜帯やiPadを繋げてYoutubeなど見れて総合的に快適でした。ちなみに全てアプリダウンロードの上チェックインし、デジタルキーになるのですが、チェックアウトが分からず、そのまま空港に向かってしまいました。アプリ內にチェックアウトボタンが出てくるようです。

The place was amazing though I booked the smallest room. The team, the services and amenities made my short stay a memorable one. 酒店位置優越，馬路對面就是一個24小時營業的餐廳，去克拉碼頭，魚尾獅，國家美術館都挺近的。大概步行3分鐘酒店後面就有一個商場，商場附近就是地鐵和公交車。我們到的時候酒店還免費寄存行李，離去的時候還可以延遲到12點退房或者免費寄存行李到下午6點。雖然是網上溝通但是服務很及時周到。
